先日、大胡町の常連様の畑で作業をさせていただきました🚜

この畑では、9～10月ごろにレタスを栽培する予定とのことでした🥬
秋になると気候も涼しくなるので、レタスの栽培に適しており、害虫も少なく育てやすい季節なんだそうです✨
日中は適度に暖かく、夜は涼しくなることで、葉が締まりやすく、質の良いレタスが育ちます✨
秋のレタスは、葉がやわらかくなりすぎず、シャキッとした歯ごたえがあり、甘みも感じやすくなるそうです🥬
品種にもよりますが、30～50日ほどで収穫できることが多いです🌱
この畑でも、美味しいレタスができますように🥬✨
