Aランクの堆肥を散布させていただきました🚜

これから、春菊の栽培予定だと教えていただきました🌱
春菊は、キク科の植物で、独特の香りとほろ苦さが特徴の葉野菜です。
名前に「春」とついていますが、秋から冬にかけてが旬の野菜です🥬
発芽率が高く、生育も早いので、家庭菜園でも人気です⭐
お鍋に入れることが多いお野菜です🍲
他にも、おひたし・和え物・炒め物・天ぷらなどにも使われます😋🥢
火を通すと香りがやわらぎ、食感がやわらかくなります✨
こちらの畑の春菊も元気に大きく育ってくれると嬉しいです✨
Shungiku (also known as garland chrysanthemum) is a leafy vegetable in the daisy family, known for its distinct aroma and slight bitterness.
Although its name includes the word “spring,” it’s actually in season from autumn to winter 🥬
Because it germinates easily and grows quickly, it’s also a popular plant for home gardening⭐
Shungiku is often used in hot pot dishes 🍲
It can also be enjoyed in boiled dishes, salads, stir-fries, and tempura 😋🥢
When cooked, its aroma softens and the texture becomes tender ✨
