こちらのお客様は、外国の品種のお野菜を栽培していることが多いそうです🌱
パクチーや、かぼちゃなどの栽培を行っていると教えてくださいました😊
中国では、かぼちゃのツルを食べると聞き驚きました😮
調べてみたところ、クセがなく空心菜に似ているそうです。
食感は、ふきとアスパラの間のようと記載されておりました📝
調理方法も空心菜と似ており、ニンニクと一緒に炒めたり、ナムルにして食べられているみたいです😋🥢
葉をサッと茹でてごはんや味噌を包んで食べることもあるそうです🥬
お客様のお話を聞いていたら、食べてみたくなったので時期になったら探してみようと思います✨
I was surprised to learn that in China, people eat pumpkin vines! 😮
When I looked it up, I found that they have a mild flavor and are said to be similar to water spinach.
The texture is described as something between butterbur and asparagus. 📝
The cooking methods also seem similar to those for water spinach — stir-fried with garlic or made into a namul-style dish. 😋🥢
It’s also said that the leaves can be quickly blanched and used to wrap rice and miso, which sounds delicious. 🥬
